How to Prevent and Reverse Enlarged Prostate
The prostate is a small, muscular gland in the male reproductive system. Your prostate surrounds your urethra and makes most of the fluid in your semen.
The muscular action of the prostate helps propel the fluid and semen through your penis during sexual climax. In many men, the prostate can become enlarged.
The prostate gland is located beneath your bladder. The tube that transports urine from the bladder out of your penis (urethra) passes through the center of the prostate. When the prostate enlarges, it begins to block urine flow.
An enlarged prostate gland can cause uncomfortable urinary symptoms, such as blocking the flow of urine out of the bladder. It can also cause bladder, urinary tract or kidney problems.
Prostate gland enlargement also called Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common condition as men get older. Commonly above 50 years of age.
The symptoms of BPH are often very mild at first, but they become more serious if they aren’t treated. Common symptoms include:
incomplete bladder emptying
nocturia, which is the need to urinate two or more times per night
dribbling at the end of your urinary stream
incontinence, or leakage of urine
the need to strain when urinating
a weak urinary stream
a sudden urge to urinate
a slowed or delayed urinary stream
blood in the urine
Enlargement of prostate occurs when the cells of the prostate gland begin to multiply at uncontrollable rate. These additional cells cause your prostate gland to swell, which squeezes the urethra and limits the flow of urine.
Postrate enlargement is not the same as prostate cancer and doesn’t increase the risk of cancer.
Postrate enlargement has being linked to imbalance hormones as men gets older. It is an “androgen-dependent disease,” which means it is influenced by the male hormone (androgen) testosterone.
The prostate will not grow unless it is “directed” to do so by testosterone, which is made mainly by the testes.
Testosterone alone is not the bad guy here: it must be converted by 5-alpha-reductase into DHT (dihydrotestosterone), and the DHT is what promotes the prostate cells to grow uncontrollably. Experts believe DHT levels rise in many men as they age, even if testosterone levels declines.
It’s also natural for men to have some of the female hormone estrogen (in the form of estradiol). Estradiol is produced as a byproduct of conversion of testosterone, among other means.
The proper balance of estrogen-to-testosterone in men is important for a healthy sex drive, to enhance brain function, protect the heart, and strengthen the bones.
When estradiol levels are too high, however, and the ratio is out of balance, men can experience fatigue, increased body fat, loss of libido and an enlarged prostate.
An imbalance between estrogen and testosterone increases DHT activity, and thus encourages prostate cells to grow.
Other common causes are ailments like diabetes (excess insulin), overweight/obesity, High “Bad” Cholesterol, heart problems ( High blood pressure, Metabolic syndrome and Atherosclerosis). Alcohol consumption and weak immune system has also been linked to it.
Glutathione and Prostate health
Liver has the highest concentration of glutathione in the body because of its functions. The liver remove toxins (disease causing substance) from the body and also balances excess hormones.
It’s solely dependent on glutathione to do that and the bad news is, as we age glutathione production delclines.
And this decline is the major cause of postrate enlargement and other postrate problems.
According to experts, Hormone therapy is the best form of treatment and this involves the liver removing excess hormones. And this depends on good glutathione levels in the liver and body.
And Riboceine technology in cellgevity has been scientifically proven to be 300% more effective in raising glutathione levels in the body than the best alternative NAC.
So raising ur glutathione levels with cellgevity will empower the liver to remove the excess hormones feeding the growth which will eventually shrink the growth.
We have remarkable testimonies that have proven this theory.
